Nestled in the heart of the Casuarina community and surrounded by the relaxed coastal lifestyle, our centre caters for up to 98 children aged six weeks to six years. Purpose-built with families in mind, Kool Beanz Casuarina provides a warm, supportive, and stimulating ‘home away from home’ where children feel safe, inspired, and valued.
We are currently seeking a passionate Assistant Educator who is Certificate III qualified or actively working towards their qualification. This role is ideal for someone looking for a part-time position and who brings creativity, flexibility, and genuine enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning and development. We value educators who are aligned with our philosophy and are passionate about meeting the individual developmental needs of every child.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the educator team to deliver engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and embracing child-led learning.

Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the local community.

Assisting the centre to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards (NQS).

Providing flexible support across rooms as a Float Educator to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
You will have:

Qualifications: Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care or actively working toward a qualification.

Compliance: Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and First Aid certification or willing to obtain these.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Passion for Education: Genuine love for children and a commitment to making a positive impact.
