THE ROLE

We’re looking for a motivated HR Graduate / early-career HR professional to join our People & Culture team on a 3-month fixed term contract, supporting a high-volume onboarding pipeline.
This is a practical, hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of employment contracts and onboarding coordination, while also gaining exposure to broader HR initiatives including process improvement, project work, and AI capability development within HR.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to
- Prepare and issue employment contracts and variation letters with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging new starter experience
- Liaise with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure timely onboarding delivery
- Maintain HR systems (ELMO) and ensure employee data integrity
- Support compliance requirements including documentation and record keeping
- Identify and contribute to process improvements across onboarding and HR administration
- Assist with HR projects, including initiatives focused on automation and AI in HR workflows
- Provide general support across the People & Culture function as needed
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Recently completed (or nearing completion of) a degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
- Strong interest in HR operations, onboarding and employee experience
- High attention to detail with strong written communication skills
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, solutions-focused and eager to learn
- Interest or exposure in technology, data, or AI within HR is highly regarded
