- Must have cafe / restaurant experience.
- Experienced cook with the ability to work under pressure, have an eye for detail and presentation and be vigilant at maintaining a safe & hygienic kitchen environment.
- You will be a team player with a strong focus on providing good food.

Successful applicants must be available for work on weekends as well as weekdays and will be chosen on their ability to operate efficiently under pressure in a busy environment. A strong service ethic is essential as is an ability to integrate into our hard working and multi-skilled team.
