Banh Mi Sandwich Artist

We’re looking for a Banh Mi Sandwich Artist to join our team!
We need someone who can work confidently in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in making great food. You’ll be responsible for preparing and assembling our banh mi, keeping your station organised, and making sure every order goes out fresh, loaded and looking the part.
What you’ll be doing
● Preparing and assembling banh mi to order
● Working quickly and efficiently during busy service periods
● Following our recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards
● Preparing vegetables, sauces and other ingredients
● Keeping your sandwich station clean, stocked and organised
● Assisting with general kitchen prep and cleaning
● Providing friendly customer service when required
● Working closely with the grill and front-of-house team
We’re looking for someone who
● Is fast, reliable and punctual
● Has great attention to detail
● Can stay organised when it gets busy
● Is clean, presentable and takes food hygiene seriously
● Has a positive attitude and works well in a team
● Is confident working with food and following instructions
● Takes pride in presentation — we want every banh mi looking good!
Previous sandwich-making, café, takeaway or kitchen experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person.
