We are seeking a reliable and motivated Workshop Technician to join our close-knit team based in Henderson. This role is ideal for someone with diesel experience, hydraulics, or mechanical fitting who is eager to learn and grow.
About the Role
Working in a hands-on workshop environment, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and preparation of specialised hydraulic and diesel-driven equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and maintain diesel equipment and associated systems
- Assist with diagnosing and repairing hydraulic systems
- Assemble and commission hydraulic power units, winches, and related equipment
- Prepare equipment for hire, including testing and inspections
- Carry out general workshop duties and support the wider team
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Diesel experience or hydraulics (essential)
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn
- Positive attitude with a team-first approach
- Takes pride in work and follows tasks through to completion
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
- Current driver’s licence

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
