At Envest Direct Agencies, our purpose is to protect the lifestyle of the outdoor adventurer!
Not only do we own and represent some of Australia’s most recognisable niche brands (Club 4×4 & KT Insurance) in the consumer insurance market, we’re passionate advocates for people to live their best life – and that includes our employees.
Ready for your next adventure? We’re looking for a QLD Sunshine Coast based Change Manager to help us turn great ideas into successful outcomes. In this role, you’ll work closely with leaders, teams, and project stakeholders to guide people through change and make sure new initiatives stick.
Whether it’s introducing new systems, improving how we work, or supporting larger business changes, you’ll be at the centre of helping our people understand, embrace, and adopt what’s next. If you’re a hands-on problem solver who loves working with people and can confidently lead change from planning through to adoption, this could be the role for you!
As a Change Manager, you will:
- Lead change and communication activities that help employees successfully adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working.
- Assess change impacts, identify risks and resistance, and develop practical change plans to drive engagement, readiness, adoption, and sustained behavioural change.
- Apply a consistent change management approach across initiatives, helping the business build stronger change capability over time.
- Partner with leaders and project teams to deliver successful change outcomes through effective stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and coaching.
- Maintain oversight of change activity across the business, providing insights on impacts, risks, dependencies, and adoption trends to support decision-making.
- Measure change effectiveness and use data and feedback to continuously improve outcomes.
- Create and deliver engaging internal communications that connect employees to organisational priorities and change initiatives.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have:
- Around 3-5 years’ experience in change management, organisational development, project delivery, internal communications, or a similar field, ideally within a small to medium-sized, growing business. You’ll have supported initiatives such as business transformation, process improvement, technology implementation, or organisational change, and enjoy taking a practical, hands-on approach to helping people navigate change.
- A good understanding of how change and project delivery work together, and the ability to partner with project teams to help initiatives land successfully.
- Experience applying structured change management approaches such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar frameworks, while knowing when to adapt your approach to suit the situation.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A practical, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to use feedback, insights, and data to improve adoption and change outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for turning complex ideas into clear, engaging messages.
In return, we offer:
- A competitive salary with potential to earn a yearly bonus.
- Flexibility through a hybrid working environment, including some work from home.
- An opportunity to engage with a variety of stakeholders and functions within the wider business.
- A role where you can make a significant impact towards people and business growth.
- Career, training and personal development opportunities.
- Significant discounts on our insurance products.
- 12 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers
- A day off for your birthday!
- A supportive work environment with a fun culture.
