Job Description
As a Shift Leader, you’ll oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure excellent service and food quality for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service.
- Assisting with staff training and development.
- Managing shift schedules and ensuring smooth operations.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and WHS standards.
- Supporting inventory management and reporting.
