Cara is inviting expressions of interest from existing Cara employees only for the role of Client Experience Coordinator, reporting to the Business Development Manager. This is a great opportunity for a people focused, organised professional to support clients across our Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short-Term Accommodation (STA), Home and Community Support (HCS) and Day Options service streams.
About the role
This is a fulltime, fixed term opportunity ending 3rd September 2027
You'll support client onboarding, facilitate transitions and exits, assist with new service additions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and shared projects including the HIPDA and SDA Housing Projects, working closely with the Business Development Manager, Intake Specialists, Workforce Planners, Client Services, Marketing, Finance & Client Funding, and Safeguarding & Quality teams. What you'll bring

Sound knowledge of the NDIS and its frameworks
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence using CMS and MS Office, including CoPilot
- A collaborative mindset and a high level of integrity and professionalism
