Obsequentia Pty Ltd is a JASANZ accredited body that conducts quality, safety and environmental certification audits across Australia. The major focus of the organisation is:-
· Expansion of the customer base whilst not compromising the level of service provided to customers
· Conduct audits in accordance with compliance requirements
· Ensure that there is a clear focus on leadership and continual improvement.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key accountabilities of the position are outlined below:-
· Conduct certification/surveillance audits in accordance with compliance requirements and audit protocols
· Ensure that audit reports are completed thoroughly and that audit objectives have been met
· Ensure that audit documentation is maintained as per corporate document and data control processes.

QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES AND AUTHORISATIONS
Required qualifications
· Bachelor of civil engineering, science or equivalent
· Training as a Lead Auditor for quality, safety and environmental auditing with Exemplar Global or similar and a pass level competency assessment
· Driver’s licence
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience
· Experience in writing audit reports
· Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
· Demonstrated exposure to the interpretation and application of acts or regulations across state and federal jurisdictions.
Skills
· Ability to assess compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices and documentation
· High level of analysis skills and ability to recommend nonconformance
· Ability to assess whether proposed corrective action(s) by the client is appropriate given the nonconformance.
· Strong skills in computer operations and business systems
· Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
· Proven experience to work with minimal supervision to achieve deadlines and targets
· Highly developed people skills since a substantial amount of work will focus on building client relationships.
