We are currently seeking experienced Production Operators to join our team at our Nyngan operation. If you’re a capable all-rounder with solid experience on Dozers, Graders, and Haul Trucks, we want to hear from you.

About the Opportunity
Working within a high-performing production team, you will play a key role in maintaining safe and productive mining operations. Responsibilities will include:
- Operating production mining equipment safely and efficiently
- Working across machinery including Dozers and Haul Trucks
- Assisting across additional equipment where required, including Graders and Water Carts
- Conducting pre-starts and routine equipment inspections
- Reporting maintenance or operational issues promptly
- Working closely with Supervisors and crew members to achieve daily production targets
- Maintaining compliance with site safety procedures and standards
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 12 months’ recent mining experience operating Dozers, Haul Trucks, and Graders
- Current relevant RII competencies and/or site-based training records
- Experience operating additional mobile plant highly regarded
- Strong awareness and commitment to safe work practices
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude toward teamwork
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
