We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver & Installation Specialist to join our growing team.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering products across Melbourne and providing basic on-site installation and setup support for elderly customers and customers with additional support needs.
This role is more than delivery — it is about creating a positive customer experience and helping customers feel confident and comfortable using their products.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver products across Greater Melbourne in a timely and professional manner
- Perform basic installation, setup, and demonstrations at customer homes
- Ensure safe handling and transportation of products
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent service
- Collect customer feedback and support customer satisfaction initiatives
- Maintain delivery records and ensure accurate completion of jobs
- Represent Joy Ours professionally at every customer interaction
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Valid Australian driver licence
- Own reliable vehicle suitable for deliveries
- Fluent Mandarin (普通话) communication skills (essential)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- Good physical fitness for lifting and basic installation tasks
- Excellent time management and delivery efficiency
Highly Regarded (Bonus):
- Cantonese (粤语) speaking ability
- Previous delivery, logistics, aged care, healthcare, or installation experience
- Experience working with elderly customers
- Ability to troubleshoot simple product setup issues
