We are actively recruiting a Plant and Maintenance Leading Hand that will be focused on leading a team of mechanical trades to ensure preventative maintenance, service and repair of our extensive fleet are carried out with quality, safely and to schedule.

POSITION:
- Leading hand plant and maintenance - Far North QLD
DETAILS:
- Immediate start.
- Permanent position available.
- Weekly pay.
- Supportive company culture on and off site.
ABOUT YOU:
- Diesel Fitter Cert III or similar trade qualification.
- Current drivers Licence (Class C) MR/HR licence.
- General Construction Induction (White Card).
- Working knowledge of Assignar (Desirable).
- Professional and positive approach to change.
- Ability to work effectively in a team orientated environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, timekeeping and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to pass a Pre-employment Medical including a Drug & Alcohol Screen.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Be physically fit, with a can-do attitude.
- Can work in a team environment.
