About the role
We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our growing team.
As the face of Mountain Creek, you'll play an important role in creating the warm and community-focused experience we're known for. You'll work alongside a passionate team serving customers, preparing and presenting our products, making coffee, and ensuring every customer leaves with a positive impression.
This is a casual or part-time position with the opportunity for approximately 30+ hours per week for the right person.

What you'll do
- Welcome every customer with a warm and genuine smile.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Prepare and serve coffee, drinks and food.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and confidently recommend products.
- Keep the shop clean, organised and well stocked throughout the day.
- Present bakery cabinets and displays to a high standard.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
- Work closely with the team to create a positive customer experience.
What we're looking for
- A friendly, positive and approachable personality.
- Previous café, bakery or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Barista experience is highly regarded.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual and well organised.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation.
- A team player who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture.
