You're an enthusiastic and compassionate new graduate physiotherapist ready to build your clinical skills, embrace diverse learning opportunities and make a positive difference to patient care.
Graduate-ready: Recently completed, or soon to complete, a recognised Physiotherapy degree and eligible for AHPRA registration.
Patient-focused: Committed to delivering safe, respectful and evidence-based care tailored to individual patient needs.
Team player: Communicates effectively and works collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Eager to learn: Open to feedback, professional development and building confidence across diverse clinical rotations.
Organised & adaptable: Able to prioritise a caseload, manage competing demands and adapt to varied clinical environments, including after-hours services.

The Physiotherapy & Podiatry Department at Bayside Health Service delivers diverse clinical services across Redland Hospital and community facilities including Gundu Pa. Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of clinical areas including medicine, surgery, emergency, cardiology, orthopaedics and paediatrics, while contributing to quality, patient-centred care for the growing Bayside community.
