As Achieve Performing Arts Studio continues to grow, we are excited to welcome new teachers to our team for Term 4, 2026 and into 2027.
This is a fantastic opportunity for emerging or experienced teachers who are looking to further develop their skills within a supportive, professional and positive studio environment.
At Achieve, we take a progressive approach to bringing new teachers into the team. Rather than expecting teachers to take on classes independently from day one, we provide training, mentoring and hands-on support alongside our Director and experienced teaching team.
This allows new teachers to:
- Build confidence in their teaching
- Become familiar with Achieve’s programs, expectations and teaching standards
- Observe and learn alongside experienced teachers
- Gain experience through cover and supported teaching opportunities
- Develop their teaching style within a positive and collaborative team environment
- Progress towards taking on classes independently
