The Role
As a Senior Digital Activation Executive, you'll be responsible for supporting the activation, optimisation and performance of digital marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition. Working across SEM and paid social channels, you'll partner with specialists, strategists and client stakeholders to deliver best-in-class campaign execution and measurable business outcomes.
This role offers a unique blend of operational ownership and continuous learning, with exposure to multimillion dollar budgets, advanced digital platforms and innovative testing strategies. You'll develop your technical expertise, contribute ideas that improve campaign performance, and build valuable experience operating within a highly sophisticated and regulated marketing environment.
What You'll Do

Full ownership of day-to-day workflow and roadmaps

Reviewing and responding to client briefs.

Full responsibility for the accuracy of implementation, and ensuring campaigns deliver against client KPIs.

Full responsibility for the accuracy of reporting, with the development of clear insights

Significant involvement in client presentations, meetings and WIPs.

Monthly invoicing, reconcile budgets and forecast on spend and revenue
What We're Looking For

Experience managing SEM campaigns with a strong understanding of conversion-focused performance marketing.

Ability to manage campaigns autonomously and deliver against performance objectives.

Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.

A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow within digital media.

Previous SEM implementation experience is highly regarded.

Basic familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot is a bonus.
