Job Description
We are seeking caring and reliable Home Care Workers (Permanent Part-Time) to support aged care clients across North Brisbane and surrounding suburbs, including Alderley, Everton Park, Ferny Hills, Ascot, Clayfield, Nundah and nearby areas.
This is rewarding, community-based work where you’ll help people remain independent, safe, and connected in their own homes.

About the role
You will provide practical and personal support to clients in their homes, including:
- The majority of shifts will involve domestic assistance, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation for our clients
- Providing personal care and supporting clients with daily routines
Working unsupervised while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism
- Offering social and recreational support, from friendly conversations to accompanying clients on community outings
- Transporting clients safely to appointments or social activities using your own vehicle
- Running errands and providing general support to enhance clients’ quality of life
You will work independently in the community, with support available from your team when needed.
About you
We are looking for people who are compassionate, reliable, and enjoy supporting others.
You will ideally have:
- A caring and respectful approach
- Ability to work independently
- A current Australian driver’s licence
- Access to a registered and insured vehicle
- Australian working rights
Experience in domestic assistance or cleaning is highly regarded.
Requirements prior to commencement
- First Aid and CPR certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Blue Card
- National Criminal History Check (within 6 months)
