An exciting opportunity exists for an Account Manager to join our Victorian Government Hub. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building trusted relationships, managing complex projects and identifying opportunities to grow customer value. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Victorian Government customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery while supporting revenue growth across our print, mail, communications and managed services offerings. A strong understanding of mailing services, mail production processes and government communications requirements will be highly regarded. Responsibilities include: • Managing and developing a portfolio of Victorian Government accounts. • Building strong relationships with customer stakeholders across procurement, communications, marketing and operational teams. • Identifying opportunities to expand services and increase share of wallet across existing accounts. • Responding to customer enquiries, preparing quotations and managing projects through to successful delivery. • Coordinating mailing and communications campaigns, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution. • Working collaboratively with production, operations and supplier partners to deliver outstanding customer outcomes. • Monitoring market activity and customer trends to identify growth opportunities. • Maintaining accurate customer information and activity records within company systems. • Supporting the achievement of sales, margin and customer satisfaction targets. • Attending customer meetings, reviews and presentations as required.
