About the Role
You’ll be an integral part of our orthodontic team, supporting patients throughout their smile journey and delivering an exceptional standard of care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Chairside assisting in orthodontic procedures
- Preparation of materials and instruments
- Management of the brand-new sterilisation room and infection control protocols
- Stocking, monitoring and maintaining inventory levels
- Taking orthodontic records including intra and extra-oral photographs
- Intra-oral scanning
- Providing clear patient instructions and education on braces, aligners and retainers
- Supporting the Oral Health Therapist with oral health education and patient care
- Creating a warm, calm and positive experience for every patient

Requirements
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting
- Previous dental assisting experience (orthodontic experience highly regarded but not essential)
