- Community values centric organisation, true flexible working options
Drive value, influence enterprise-wide change, and help Barwon Water turn strategy into measurable outcomes.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how Barwon Water turns strategic investment into measurable value. As the Benefits Realisation and CAP Specialist, you’ll lead practical frameworks that show how initiatives are delivering against enterprise priorities and the Customer Affordability Pipeline target.
You’ll work across a varied portfolio of programs and projects, giving leaders clear insight into progress, risks, realised benefits and opportunities to improve. Your ability to turn data into meaningful insights will help shape better decisions from business case through to implementation and review.
This is a role where your influence will matter. You’ll partner with sponsors, leaders and delivery teams to build ownership, challenge assumptions and embed a stronger focus on accountability, continuous improvement and value realisation.
You’ll also use analytics and performance insights to uncover efficiencies, improve ways of working and support outcomes that make a tangible difference for customers, the community and the organisation.
You’ll bring a strong focus on outcomes, with the ability to look beyond delivery and understand whether real value is being achieved. Your experience in benefits realisation, performance management, business improvement or portfolio governance will help turn complex information into practical insights that drive action.
You’ll use your analytical mindset and commercial acumen to identify trends, risks and opportunities that support smarter decisions. Confident working with data, performance measures and financial information, you’ll enjoy making insights clear, useful and actionable.
Your ability to influence without authority will be key. You’ll build trusted relationships across the business, work with leaders and delivery teams, and use clear communication to create momentum, gain buy-in and embed lasting change.
You’ll be motivated by continuous improvement and the chance to make a visible difference. In this role, you’ll challenge the status quo, uncover efficiencies and help deliver meaningful benefits for customers, community and the organisation.
