We have a participant in Petrie who is looking for a female support worker for Wednesdays, 10am - 2pm (4 hours).
The ideal support worker would:
Be comfortable with and enjoy being around animals, as the participant has two large dogs and a cat.
Be 30 years or older, with a mature and calm approach.
Have a reasonable level of computer skills, including being comfortable using emails and digital signature platforms (they do not need to be highly tech-savvy).
Be fluent in English, as the participant enjoys chatting and building a good rapport.
The role would involve supporting the participant to attend appointments, go on nature walks, walk her dogs together with her, complete grocery shopping, and participate in other community activities.
Pay: $43.23 per hour
