We are looking for Outbound Customer Contact Officer who have previous customer service or sales experience with strong communication & computer skills to assist
The Customer Contact Officer’s primary objective is to match the best product & service to our client's customers via inbound while providing excellence in customer service.
You will be using your proven sales and service skills to demonstrate the value and benefit of our clients products and services.
All successful applicants must be available to work a minimum of 38 hours a week and complete a police check paid for by us prior to commencing with Acquire Intelligence.
- Demonstrated experience in a sales or service environment
- Motivated to deliver sales results and achieve Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s)
- Dedication to excellence in customer service in a high-pressure environment
- Able to navigate multiple systems and online tools
- Willingness to learn and maintain new skills
- Commitment to work from 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
