Razzie’s is a new quick service burger shop opening in the Sydney CBD, serving fresh smashburgers, hot dogs, loaded sides, and proper comfort food.
We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and positive Front of House Team Members to join our opening team. This role is mainly about looking after customers, taking orders, helping with food handoffs, keeping the restaurant clean, and creating a great experience for everyone who walks in.
You don’t need to know everything from day one. We’ll train you, show you our way of doing things, and support you as you learn. We’re also always open to ideas and suggestions from the team. What matters most is that you’re willing to learn, can work well with others, care about doing a good job, and bring a good attitude.
We’re starting with one location, but the goal is much bigger. Razzie’s has plans to grow into multiple locations, and we want good people to grow with us. As the business grows, there will be opportunities for the right people to learn more, take on more responsibility, and grow into bigger roles.
We also believe in cross training our team. Over time, you’ll have the chance to learn both Front of House and Back of House duties, including burger building, fryer, and prep. This keeps the work interesting, helps the team work better together, and gives you the chance to build real skills across the business.
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be involved in:
Welcoming customers and making them feel looked after- Taking orders and helping customers with menu questions
- Handling the register, cash, and card payments accurately
- Preparing drinks and helping with food handoff
- Packing orders accurately
- Keeping the front counter, dining area, and service areas clean and organised
- Restocking packaging, drinks, sauces, and other service items
- Helping the team stay organised during busy periods
- Handling customer feedback in a positive and professional way
- Representing Razzie’s with warmth, confidence, and genuine hospitality
