About the Role
- Lead the delivery of Council’s Roads Maintenance and Construction Contract (RMCC) works in partnership with Transport for NSW.
- Coordinate contractors, crews, budgets, project plans, claims and reporting across a varied roads program.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, to specification and in line with quality, environmental and compliance requirements.
- Build strong working relationships with Transport for NSW representatives, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Provide practical leadership, oversight and support during the planning and delivery of RMCC works.

About you
- You bring tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or significant experience in a similar transport, civil construction or maintenance role.
- You have strong project coordination, contractor management and budget monitoring skills, with the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving.
- You understand roads maintenance and construction environments, including safety, quality, compliance and traffic management requirements.
- You are an effective communicator who can build trusted relationships with contractors, regulators, crews and internal stakeholders.
- You are organised, practical and solutions-focused, with the confidence to lead works delivery and support continuous improvement.
- Relevant licences, traffic management capabilities and knowledge of TfNSW RMCC works will be highly regarded.
