Blended Care Australia are seeking motivated, fun, and reliable staff to join our team of health care professionals to support and empower the diverse community around us. Must have capacity to work flexibly including mornings, evenings and short shifts. Must have experience working with complex clients including high medical needs such as PEG Tubes, Urinary Catheters and Bowel Care
Ability to speak English, NDISWC, Working with Children Check and a valid drivers licence are essential for this role.

The role may include but not limited to:
- Working independently within your local community, within close proximity to your home.
- Assistance with personal care tasks including showering.

- Ability to work various shifts
Desirable/Highly preferred but not required:
- Competent in changing urinary catheters both indwelling and SPC and PEGS.
- COVID-19 Vaccination (Booster)
- Flu Vaccination
