You will be supported with a structure that allows you, as a Property Manager, to focus solely on delivering exceptional customer service. With leasing support, along with hands-on, supportive leadership, this is a Property Manager role like no other.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties while delivering a six-star service experience
- Building trusted relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conducting and overseeing inspections
- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs in line with legislative requirements
- Negotiating lease renewals and tenancy arrangements
- Managing arrears, invoices and compliance obligations
- Attending SACAT hearings where required and preparing supporting documentation
- Ensuring all portfolio activities are compliant with current legislation and industry best practice
- Utilising integrated technology platforms to efficiently manage your portfolio and workflow

Who you are:
- Hold a current Property Management Registration licence
- A minimum of 2 years experience in residential Property Management
- Strong understanding of residential tenancy legislation and compliance requirements
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- A strong focus on the utilisation of technology and systems to operate in an efficient manner
- The desire to work as a part of a collaborative team
