We are a growing metal fabrication and gate installation business looking for a reliable and skilled Welder fabricator/ Gate Installer to join our team.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on role involving the fabrication and installation of steel and aluminium gates, fencing, and related metalwork for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welding and fabrication of gates, frames, and metal components
- On-site installation of gates and fencing systems
- Reading and working from basic plans and measurements.
- Scheduling production to meet deadlines.
- Managing the day-to day running of the workshop.
- Use of hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and professional worksite.
- Liaising with customers in a professional manner.
Minimum Requirement:
- Experience in MIG and TIG welding
- Experience in gate or fencing installation preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Valid manual driver’s licence
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
