Velox Security is a rapidly growing security services provider delivering professional, reliable, and tailored security solutions across NSW. We are currently seeking a Call Centre Operator to support our 24/7 security operations and provide outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
- Dispatch and coordinate security officers as required
- Monitor alarms, incidents, and emergency situations
- Accurately record calls, incidents, and shift details
- Communicate effectively with clients, guards, and management
- Follow company procedures and escalation protocols
Skills & Experience
- Previous call centre, control room, or customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Security industry experience is an advantage but not essential
- Must be available at nights
