The successful candidate must have litigation experience and knowledge of the practice and procedure of all NSW and Federal Courts and have hands on experience in managing and running litigation matters. While not essential, it is favourable if the candidate has litigation experience in the areas of insolvency, insurance, building & construction and general or commercial litigation, and has dealt with disputes in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
The role would also involve advisory and alternate dispute resolution work.
