Qualities, skills & experience we‘re looking for:
Worked in hospitality previously (ideally have been a barista before)
Obsessed with great coffee
Puts the customer at the heart of everything they do
Genuinely loves interacting with people
Confident, friendly and approachable
Great at retaining knowledge
High energy
Great problem solver
Big on cleanliness and keeping the café looking great
Goes above and beyond to make the customer happy
