We’re on the hunt for a motivated, reliable team member to join Common Coffee and grow with us long-term.
You’ll be working across our two locations - Pac Fair & Surfers Paradise - for around 25 hours per week, with the opportunity for more hours in the future for the right person. Immediate start available.

To be considered, you must have:
- Minimum 2 years barista experience or strong background in fast-paced hospitality
- Ability to handle high volume service with confidence
- Latte art skills under pressure (preferred)
- Weekend availability (essential)
- Excellent multitasking & teamwork skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety & cleanliness standards
- A genuinely positive attitude and great customer service
- High attention to detail - we care about quality
