What your role will be:
- Front of house: greeting customers, taking orders and keeping the customer area clean
- Barista duties: making high quality, consistent coffee and keeping up with the morning rush
- Food prep: basic food prep to make sure we are prepared for lunch service
- Cooking: fast paced kitchen using deep fryers and grill
- Cleaning: keeping the kitchen area clean, doing dishes and maintaining food safety standards
- Team work: working as part of a small team and stepping into which ever role is needed at the time
What we are looking for:
- Experience: Barista Kitchen experience preferred, however must be willing to learn all roles across the shop
- Speed & Efficiency: The ability to stay calm, move fast, and keep a level head during peak holiday seasons
- Personality: A genuinely warm, positive attitude with excellent communication skills. You love chatting with our amazing local customers
- Availability: must be available to work on the weekends
- Reliability: Punctual, honest, and take pride in your work

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
