At Water Corporation, we're committed to creating a waterwise future for Western Australia. We're looking for an experienced marketing professional to lead the delivery of integrated Waterwise campaigns and customer communications that inspire meaningful behavioural change and help customers use water more efficiently.
About the role
In this role you will lead the end-to-end marketing execution of Water Corporation's Waterwise Program Portfolio, translating strategic priorities into integrated campaigns, customer journeys and content that deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll support and coordinate high-quality campaign delivery across multiple channels, ensuring activities align with customer needs, behavioural objectives and enterprise standards.

What you can expect with this role
In this role, you'll act as a trusted marketing specialist, providing strategic and operational expertise to:

Lead the marketing and content execution of the Integrated Water Supply Scheme (IWSS) Waterwise Action Plan, ensuring campaigns align with program priorities and behavioural outcomes

Coordinate and deliver end-to-end campaign activity across digital, offline and customer channels, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies

Oversee the use of marketing technologies and automation platforms to deliver personalised customer communications and experiences

Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, customer engagement and behavioural outcomes, translating insights into actionable recommendations

Drive continuous improvement across marketing operations, campaign delivery processes and ways of working

Build strong relationships across Marketing & Digital, Customer & Community and delivery teams to ensure coordinated, customer-centric execution
About you
-
Degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline

Substantial experience in marketing, digital, communications or content operations roles, including leading integrated campaigns and customer initiatives

Demonstrated experience managing complex campaign delivery across multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external agency partners

Knowledge of multi-channel marketing, customer communications and campaign optimisation within digital and data-driven environments

Experience using marketing technologies and automation platforms such as CRM, campaign management and content management systems

Analytical and strategic thinking capability, with the ability to translate insights into practical actions and measurable outcomes
