Cho Cho San is looking for a Cook. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Potts Point, NSW.
They will be responsible for the following duties:
Key Responsibilities
Involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks and work under direct supervision; i.e.
- carries out cooking, baking, pastry cooking or butchering
- general pantry duties, including ensuring fresh food and dry goods are stored correctly by maintaining stock rotation and transporting items from the delivery area to the appropriate storage area
- Other duties, as directed within the limits of competence
For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:
- Relevant Certificate III
- At least 1 year of experience full time
- Experience in Japanese cuisine a plus not essential

Salary: $80k + 12% Superannuation
