About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Specialist Product Marketing to support a portfolio of ARB subsidiary brands. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, working across both B2B and B2C markets to drive product marketing, go-to-market execution and commercial outcomes.
Reporting to the GM of Marketing, you’ll partner closely with subsidiary teams and internal stakeholders to align strategy, execute campaigns and deliver growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Product marketing & go-to-market delivery
- Own end-to-end product marketing across multiple subsidiary brands
- Develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for B2B, fleet, and consumer audiences
- Deliver high-quality product launches and campaigns across all channels
Strategic Leadership (MITS Alloy & Bushranger)
- Act as a key marketing liaison between ARB and subsidiary teams
- Define and align marketing strategy, annual plans, and campaign priorities
- Guide execution through local marketing resources, ensuring brand consistency and quality
Hands-on Execution (SmartBar & ARB Commercial)
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns end-to-end
- Manage digital, dealer, and direct-to-customer channels
- Drive awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement across B2B and B2C segments
Commercial & Cross Functional Support
- Develop sales tools, case studies, and tender support materials
- Partner closely with sales teams to support lead generation and pipeline growth
- Collaborate across Product, Sales, Brand and Digital teams
About You:
- 4–7+ years’ experience in product or marketing roles, ideally within automotive, 4x4 or technical product categories
- Proven experience delivering product launches across B2B and B2C environments
- Strong commercial acumen and results focus
- Ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholders
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Automotive, 4x4 or technical product experience highly regarded
