About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and highly organised Front Office Supervisor to support the daily operations of our Front Office team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes
Training, mentoring, and supporting front office team members to uphold service excellence
Managing guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Maintaining accurate room inventory, reservations, and financial records
Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest journeys
Assisting with room allocations, rates, and availability
Monitoring guest satisfaction and implementing proactive service improvements
Ensuring compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
About You
You are a service-driven hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example. You will bring:

Previous experience in a hotel front office supervisory role (or similar)

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficiency with hotel management systems and front office software

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
