Infinity Bakery opened the first organic sourdough bakery in Darlinghurst, Sydney in 1997. We use local produce and sustainable practices to craft authentic sourdough and pastries.
Since then, we’ve grown to become one of Sydney’s top wholesale bakeries, proudly serving over 300 cafés and restaurants. Our passion for baking and unwavering commitment to our customers are reflected in every aspect of our operations, including our stores in Broadway, Lindfield, Randwick, and Redfern.
Job Opportunity: Bakery Cleaner/Kitchen Hand
Location: Homebush West
Position Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
Hours: 4-5 days per week, generally 8 AM – 4PM (flexibility available for the right candidate)

The Role:
As a Bakery Cleaner/Kitchen Hand, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our bakery. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning bakery equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Ensuring the bakery area is clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Assisting with general cleaning tasks as required.
- Supporting the team during busy periods to maintain smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proactive and reliable individual with a positive attitude.
- A can do attitude!
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- A strong understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential – training will be provided.
