The purpose of the Cluster Manager role is to use leadership and organisational skills to drive the performance of multiple practices including Bupa Dental Newstead, Greenslopes and Paddington, while collaborating with the PDM to develop the attributes necessary to become a successful multi-site manager.
What you’ll need to make it possible
- Experienced – 2+ years in business development or multi-site management within dental or healthcare
- Strategic – with strong project management and marketing capabilities
- Decisive – able to exercise judgment in ambiguous situations
- Analytical – confident interpreting data and driving performance
- Collaborative – with excellent communication and leadership skills
- Change-ready – proven ability to implement new initiatives and lead transformation
