Hearts to Homes Australia is now recruiting staff who have experience in working as a registered nurse!
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver a variety of services to participants, supporting them to live a fulfilling and meaningful life in the community. Your working day may include (but not limited to) peer support, assistance and or support with daily life activities, including personal care, domestic activities, monitor chronic and palliative conditions, provide a high level of holistic care including social and emotional support.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Minimum 2 years practising as an RN.
- Demonstrated experience with personal care, medications, hoists and manual handling.
- A valid Working with Children’s Check.
- Current first aid certificate and current CPR certificate.
- National Police Clearance.
- A current drivers license, registration and access to your own car with comprehensive car insurance.
- Eligible working rights in Australia.
- Current NDIS clearance check.
- MUST have availability to work a 7-day roster which will be a combination of shifts including mornings, afternoons, active night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
