With operations across South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria and New South Wales, we sustainably farm abalone, oysters, mussels and kingfish for both domestic and international markets, and supply oyster spat to the South Australian oyster industry.

About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Administrator (approximately 20 hours per week) to manage and coordinate a range of administrative tasks at our Point Boston Office. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with demonstrated experience in core functions of office administration, including general accounts and sales processes. This role reports to the General Manager and will be supported by a small, cross-functional team of local and interstate members. Flexible working arrangements include flexible days and start/finish times.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor incoming customer emails and respond to queries.
General administrative tasks.
Action invoices.
Prepare end of month statements.
Maintain HR records and onboarding documents.
Induction of new staff members.
Control WHS documentation.
Order stationery.
Comply with Yumbah Policies and Procedures.

Required Skills and Experience

Previous experience in an office administration role.
Able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal and Customer Service skills.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Organised and able to meet deadlines.
Ability to ensure accuracy and follow through.
