We’re now looking for a Part Time Lunch Cover Educator with either a Certificate III or Diploma qualification — or someone who’s currently studying toward their qualification — to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.

Columbia Park Preschool shows its Exceeding rating through its dedication to lifelong learning in children by tailoring each learning experience to the children's voices, empowering them to take control of their learning and use the environment around them to grow and thrive. The team seek educators who are as dedicated to the children's lifelong learning and are open to supporting a vibrant and dynamic team.
Role Details:
Diploma or Certificate III Educator
Tuesday and Thursday – 12:00pm to 2:00pm
4 lunch cover hours per week
What You’ll Do
As a valued member of our teaching team, you’ll:
- Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child’s growth and development
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
- Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional education and care.

What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)
- A genuine interest in supporting children’s development and commitment to ongoing learning
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Great teamwork, communication, and reliability
