The Drill Service Supervisor is instrumental in providing leadership to our drill services team through technical expertise and ensuring all works are executed safely to exceed our clients’ expectations consistently.
Based in our Redcliffe, WA office Monday to Friday. Occasional site travel required.
The Role
To succeed in this role Drill Service Supervisor must have the ability to drive our highly experienced team to deliver value regardless of the size of the project
You will be well versed in maintenance, workforce planning and solution focused customer service, and passionate in seeking continuous improvement opportunities using effective communication directly with the team and our clients.
Duties:
- Plan and coordinate drill service team members to deliver maintenance, repairs and shutdown activities across our client operations throughout Western Australia.

Provide technical support to drill specialists, mechanics and apprentices.
- Organising quotes, purchase orders, payroll and invoicing to achieve division budget targets.

Fostering a culture of accountability and performance across all levels ensure target deadlines are achieved.

Cultivating open and honest communication with team members, clients & suppliers.

Maintaining a high standard of accurate documentation and reporting.

Requirements:
- Experience and exposure in a leadership role - supervisor/team leader/leading hand.

Passionate and highly experienced in drill maintenance and repairs.
- Exposure to mine site operations and hands-on experience.
- Australian Recognised Heavy Trade Qualification (Cert III Mobile Plant).

Valid Australian Driver's licence (Minimum C Class).

Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
