Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly and supportive pharmacy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
About the Role
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while providing exceptional service to customers and patients.
Key responsibilities include:

Assisting customers with over-the-counter products and general enquiries

Processing sales and handling transactions accurately
-
Replenishing stock and maintaining merchandising displays
-
Supporting pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with daily operations
-
Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant work environment

Assisting with stock control and inventory management
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous retail or pharmacy experience (preferred but not essential)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment

Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
