Nepean Hospital is seeking a dynamic Employment Team Leader to join the Medical Workforce Unit, leading the Junior Medical Recruitment & Transactions Team. This role is responsible for delivering high quality, consistent recruitment and workforce support services for Junior Medical Officers and non-specialist medical staff across NBMLHD. You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment campaigns, oversee onboarding, contract management and workforce administration, and provide expert advice to department heads and senior managers in line with NSW Health policies and district objectives.
As a key leader, you will manage team workflow, monitor performance and capability, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes. You will act as an escalation point for complex matters, oversee visa, registration and compliance requirements, and ensure accurate reporting and timely contract management. Working closely with stakeholders, you will support effective recruitment strategies, maintain compliance with legislative and policy frameworks, and contribute to a high performing, service focused team environment.
