At Info-Tech Research Group, we believe exceptional performance comes from empowering exceptional people. We've built a culture where trust, flexibility, collaboration, and accountability aren't just values - they're how we work every day.
As a Regional Director for Western Australia, you'll join one of Info-Tech's highest-performing teams globally. Our Perth team has built a reputation for delivering outstanding results while putting people and culture at the centre of everything we do. We celebrate success together, support one another through challenges, and genuinely enjoy winning as a team.
You'll have the autonomy to build your business while being supported by experienced leaders, world-class analysts and advisors, and colleagues who are invested in your success. We value outcomes over micromanagement, encourage curiosity and continuous learning, and provide an environment where people can do their best work while maintaining genuine work-life integration.
This is more than a sales role. You'll partner with senior technology leaders within Info-Tech, helping some of Western Australia’s most influential organisations solve complex technology and business challenges. Backed by the fastest-growing research and advisory firm globally, you'll have access to practical research, experienced advisors, and proven methodologies that enable clients to execute - not just strategize.

- You’ll be part of one of Info-Tech's highest-performing teams, where people, culture, and collaboration are every bit as important as results.
What You'll Do
As a Regional Director, you'll own and grow a strategic territory across Western Australia, partnering with technology and business leaders to help them solve complex organisational challenges.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing new executive relationships and growing Info-Tech's presence across the Western Australian market.

- Continuing to develop professionally through coaching, collaboration, and ongoing learning.
What Success Looks Like
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Build trusted relationships that position you as a strategic advisor rather than a traditional salesperson.
- Enjoy creating opportunities, navigating complex organisations, and winning executive-level engagements.
- Take ownership of your territory and consistently generate new business while growing existing strategic partnerships.
- Balance commercial drive with genuine curiosity about your clients' businesses and challenges.
- Work collaboratively, celebrate team success, and contribute positively to a high-performing culture.
What You'll Bring
- A proven track record of success in enterprise B2B sales, strategic account management, consulting, or business development, with at least 10 years' experience working with complex organisations.
- Demonstrated success building trusted relationships with CIOs, senior technology leaders, and executive stakeholders, ideally across the Western Australian market.
- A consultative, outcome-focused mindset, with the ability to understand business priorities, challenge thinking constructively, and connect technology initiatives to measurable organisational outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen and executive presence, with the confidence to engage in strategic conversations while remaining authentic, approachable, and client-centric.
- A genuine sense of ownership and accountability—you take responsibility for your territory, your clients, and your results.
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to continually learn, ask thoughtful questions, and deepen your understanding of technology, business, and leadership.
- Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles with patience, persistence, and professionalism.
- A collaborative mindset and a low-ego approach. You enjoy sharing ideas, celebrating team success, supporting your colleagues, and contributing to a positive, high-performing culture.
- A growth mindset with a willingness to seek feedback, embrace coaching, and continuously develop both professionally and personally.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and the Microsoft 365 suite.
- A current Australian driver's licence and unrestricted Australian working rights.
- A tertiary qualification in business, technology, or a related discipline is advantageous but not essential.
