About the Role - Day to Day:
- Take pride in delivering neat, high-quality electrical work across a range of residential and commercial projects.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and teammates through clear and professional communication.
- Be part of a team that supports each other and works together to achieve great outcomes for our clients.
- Use your experience and problem-solving skills to identify faults and deliver practical solutions.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and doing the job right the first time.
- Lead by example, mentor apprentices, and help foster a positive team culture both onsite and off
Qualifications:
- Certified Electrician with a valid license - minimum 2 years experience
- Proven experience in electrical work, particularly in new build, renovation and commercial construction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.
