Cleaning Melbourne is looking for maintenance Cleaning staff members to complete jobs involving maintenance cleaning across our contractor client locations in Torquay and Anglesea.
We're seeking reliable staff members to run evening maintenance cleans at a rotation of client sites, including aquatic centres and other commercial facilities. This is a hands-on cleaning role carrying out specialist cleaning tasks while ensuring high standards are met at every site. A company vehicle is provided, and we offer flexible working arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Operate cleaning machines — ride-on and walk-behind scrubbers, auto-scrubbers, buffers/polishers, and pressure washers — to conduct a thorough deep clean
- Pressure wash decks, surrounds, and outdoor hard surfaces to a high standard
- Clean internal and external windows, glass partitions, and dividers
- Thoroughly clean amenities, change rooms, toilets, and public areas at each site
- Maintain cleaning standards in line with health, hygiene, and wet area safety regulations
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning
- Hands-on experience with pressure washing equipment and window/glass cleaning techniques
- Comfortable working in wet environments and around pool areas
- Strong attention to detail and a pride in quality work
- Available to work evenings, 7:00pm–11:00pm
- Valid driver's licence and own transport (essential — role covers multiple client sites)
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $30.09 – $37.31 per hour
