An exciting opportunity is now available for a Retail Supervisor at the Karratha International Hotel. This role is responsible for maintaining and delivering exceptional standards of service across the hotel’s Bottleshop.
Responsibilities:
· Lead daily store operations in a high-volume bottleshop environment, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance
· Supervise team members during shifts, delegating tasks and maintaining workflow efficiency during busy trading periods
· Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, till balancing, and end-of-day reporting
· Ensure full compliance with liquor licensing laws, RSA requirements, and ID verification procedures.
· Monitor stock levels, coordinate stock replenishment, rotation, and merchandising to maintain presentation standards and product availability.
· Assist with inventory control, stock takes, loss prevention, and minimising stock discrepancies.
· Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.
· Support achievement of sales targets through product knowledge, upselling, and promotional execution.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and organised store environment in line with workplace health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Bottleshop role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry items short distances.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service
Salary between $71,550 and $80, 000 per annum plus superannuation.
