At Rankin Park Centre for Rehabilitation and Aged Care (RPC), you’ll support patients to build confidence, regain independence and achieve meaningful goals.
Part of John Hunter Hospital, RPC provides specialised rehabilitation across Geriatrics and Rehabilitation Medicine. You’ll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment focused on collaboration, learning and delivering patient-centred care.
You’ll work closely with patients, families, carers and allied health professionals, with support from experienced nursing and clinical leaders, to:

Deliver safe, compassionate and high-quality care.

Support patients to build confidence, skills and independence.

Develop and work towards personalised rehabilitation goals.

Contribute to coordinated discharge planning and continuity of care.

Participate in case conferences, education and professional development.

Contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
You’re a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse who enjoys working as part of a team and supporting patients to achieve meaningful goals.
You’ll bring strong communication skills, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in rehabilitation and helping people regain independence.
Previous rehabilitation or subacute experience is welcomed but not essential. We’re looking for nurses who are ready to grow their skills, embrace new opportunities and make a difference.
