The Role
This position works as part of the dispensary team to provide safe, efficient and effective dispensing and distribution of pharmaceuticals across the Network, as well as providing assistance in ordering, stock control and any clerical duties as required.
All experienced pharmacy assistants or technicians are eligible to apply. Suitable candidates will be eligible for the highest classification level as determined by the Health Employees’ (State) Award. To be eligible for Grade 2 Assistant or higher, eligible candidates must demonstrate completion of Certificate III in Community Pharmacy (or equivalent) or Certificate III in Hospital/Health Services Pharmacy Support (or equivalent) or Certificate IV in Hospital/Health Services Pharmacy Support (or equivalent).
